Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order?
Contact us by email or by phone or book online today. We will email a no obligation quote back to you by return of post. If you then wish to secure a booking, a non refundable deposit of 20% will ensure your date is booked and will be confirmed in writing. Payment of the booking deposit shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Do You Have a Minimum Order?
Yes, we do have a minimum order in place of £150.00 for all delivered bookings excluding delivery & Set up costs. VAT at the standard rate is added to all Bookings
When is a booking confirmed?
We will confirm a booking once a booking fee or event payment is received, if you wish to book be aware that we only hold pricing for 7 days due to changing costs.
NO BOOKINGS are confirmed nor guaranteed until a booking fee or payment is received. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations should be given 90 days prior to the event date. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a 50% charge of the outstanding balance. Within 28 days of the date the full amount is payable.
What is your change policy?
Reasonable changes to your order can be made up to 90 days before the event, at which time the final payment will be due.
Terms & Conditions
Payment of the booking deposit shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions.
What is your policy for items damaged?
Any item rendered unusable in the future or simply lost, will incur a charge i.e. Chair covers £12.00. Sashes and other hire items will be charged at replacement cost.
If a large item is damaged, i.e. a 6’ bay tree, then the cost of replacement will be itemised at the time, i.e. a 6’ bay tree will cost £125.00 to replace, and so on. Every care is taken by us to ensure the safe keeping of any goods that are hired by liaising with management to ensure safekeeping for our collection the next day, but the responsibility for the safe keeping of all hired goods resides with the hirer.
Do you provide delivery, set up and collection?
Delivery, set up and collection is priced based on mileage and time for set up and de rig & Subject to availability.

All offers and packages are subject to a minimum order of £150.00 for deliveries & £50.00 for collections All offers and hire is Availability, we reserve the right to withdraw offers and packages at any time.

Please be aware that, although we endeavour to supply the items displayed on our website, on some occasions we may need to outsource to other companies, this means that the item you see on our website may differ in colour/size/design, but it will still be the item you have ordered from us.
